'Achieve and succeed' is a hygiene rating and food allergens awareness training workshop and it's part of our commitment to protecting your customers and adding value to your business. Our courses are appropriate for catering staff of all levels, including managers and supervisors. Our Business Compliance Team focuses on the three key factors that contribute to a food hygiene rating of 5.
1. Handling food hygienically – preparing, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storing
2. The condition of the structure of the buildings - cleanliness, layout, lighting, ventilation and facilities such as wash hand basins
3. Confidence in Management - how the business manages and records what it does to make sure food is safe.
The course also gives you the knowledge you need to make sure the food you serve to people with food allergies or intolerances is safe. 'Food allergens awareness due diligence training' provides a range of practical advice and information to ensure you're geared up to protect your customers from harm – and protect your business from prosecution. The course is beneficial to staff in food businesses at all levels and on completion, a certificate of attendance is provided.
